Abamectin is a widely used fermentation process produced bio-pesticide.
Chemistry:
Abamectin is a mixture of Abamectin containing more than 80% Abamectin B1a and less than 20% Abamectin B1b. These two components, B1a and B1b have very similar biological and toxicological properties. The Abamectin are insecticidal and antihelmintic compounds derived from various laboratory broths fermented by the soil bacterium Streptomyces avermitilis.
Application:
Abamectin has been played an important role in crop protection served as insecticide, miticide，nematocide. It is also in veterinary and pharmaceutical industry served as raw materials for production of Abamectin, Emamectin Benzoate.
