Product Application:
Used for Insecticide: It is almost no limitation used as insecticide to kill Lepidoptera larvae (worms or caterpillars), leafminers, fruit flies, leaf-chewing beetles, thrips, and others on hundred of crops including from greenhouse ornamentals, grain storage, to courtyard turf, flower, tree, to field crops of rice, soybean, corn, cotton, fruits, vegetables, tree nut, to aquatic plants, etc.
Advantage of Spinosad:
-Low Toxicity: EPA has listed spinosad as category IV for its low toxicity, product labeled as CAUTION.
-High Efficacy: fast kill pest to protect crops; 1 gram spinosad used for 1 mt stored grain for almost one year; 1 tablet containing 150 mg spinosad can kill all the flea, ticks on pet within 4 hours.
-High selective pesticide: Spinosad is mainly effective to targeted pest, 70–90 percent of beneficial insects and predatory wasps are left unharmed
-Eco-Friendly:
Spinosad does not leach, bioaccumulate, volatilize, or persist in the environment. It is safe to bee, mammals, bird, etc. So it is a environmental friendly pesticide.
Spinosad has gained reward of Presidential Green Chemistry Challenge in 1999, and certified by USDA as green, organic pesticide to used for produce of organic fruit, grain, etc.
